Caleb has grown up surrounded by all things real estate, with his father Peter enjoying a successful 30-year career in residential sales.

From delivering flyers and being surrounded by property magazines and listing cards in the back seat of the car, Caleb has followed in his father's footsteps to continue a proud family tradition of dedication and service to others. A real estate journey that started assisting his father while studying law and political science, has now seen Caleb create his very own boutique real estate agency.

In 2023, Caleb partnered with Ownly to establish Griffioen, to further enhance the service he provides to his clients. Griffioen and Ownly offer the best tech tools and marketing strategies in the business. It’s a lean operation with low overheads, meaning those savings can be shared with his clients.

Compassionate, understanding and a true problem solver, Caleb is a firm believer in providing a bespoke service. By working with a comparatively low number of listings at any one time, he is committed to providing a high level of attention to every property transaction.
